Legendary Sir Clive Sinclair's latest invention (well he was talking about it 2 years ago in Singapore) finally arrives Hong Kong.  Currently only UK is selling this great product, while Hong Kong and Taiwan city'super/LOG-ON will be the privileged second location in the world to start an exclusive sale of A-Bike.  Since the stock will only arrive around 5th Nov 2006, city'super/LOG-ON may accept pre-order from next week onward.

This is a real cool bike, despite Sir Clive's previous controversial big moves, this one seems to me a very reasonable transportation tool.

It is not designed to ride like a BMX or racing bike, according to Sir Clive "The principle use for the A-bike is city or town travel over relatively short journeys but also very much for mixed-mode journeys where you're hopping on and off a bus or a train."

Honestly it was not so easy to maneuver at first but after about 10 min I'm fine.  I just need to be careful not to drop down curbs.
