Playing with Wooden Stuffs
These wooden beams were disassembled yesterday from two of the storage cabinets I intended to throw away months ago but kept there until I had time to make something out of the scrap material for fun. My son saw how I unscrewed everything and immediately took them as rails for his Thomas trains. Later he pulled the wooden wine stand from my shelf and made it a ship, docking near the rails and transporting Bertie et al. I took out my SX-70 and asked him to pose with the ship :) Small things but so much fun, he had hours of fun with these simple things.
