Both sites are full of productivity ideas and downloadable templates. If you are so into index cards, also check out Mr. Hawk's PoIC (Pile of Index Cards) blog and wiki, you will be amazed by his systematic use of them to organize work and life.

someday I'm gonna take it to a printing company to do it for me, not cheap though, that's why the delay. Home printing in exact size is still quite troublesome IMHO, especially with low end printers. Mine is Canon MP450 PIXMA, doesn't work that well. Don't worry, you are not alone, blame technology.
