mind.Depositor attracted a lot of attention lately (Blog responses: GTDTimes, Moleskinerie, Koloist, David Allen Co., Lifehacking.jp, Geeks Guide To Productivity). Here's something most of you didn't really notice in previous pictures - A GTD to-do template, done in the simplest form for your own flexibility. You can either print the above template on 4x6 papers, or use this plain version to print on your deck of index cards. Enjoy!

For those of you who can't get enough of templates, check out D*I*Y* Planner by Douglas Johnston and The Printable CEO by David Seah. Both sites are full of productivity ideas and downloadable templates. If you are so into index cards, also check out Mr. Hawk's PoIC (Pile of Index Cards) blog and wiki, you will be amazed by his systematic use of them to organize work and life.

Have you tried Levenger's 3x5 and 4x6 note cards? I've been addicted to the 3x5s for years. levenger.com

Hmmm, maybe you just have a superior printer, but how do you manage to print all the way to the edge of the cards like that?

someday I'm gonna take it to a printing company to do it for me, not cheap though, that's why the delay. Home printing in exact size is still quite troublesome IMHO, especially with low end printers. Mine is Canon MP450 PIXMA, doesn't work that well. Don't worry, you are not alone, blame technology.
