Dance Dance Dance
The past Xmas was hectic enough to give me sensitive nose, headache, sore throat and diarrhea. Talking about the pressure to make best sales in our stores ever and dozens of gathering which were supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. All contradicted on deepest levels, a season to enjoy, a season of heaviest workload, a season of confusion. Anyhow, adding to the mess I was finishing up Wind-Up Bird Chronicle in Xmas but it became so dark it triggered a series of ill thinkings and negative connotations in life I had to stop reading it for the sake of being able to get up in the morning to face the Xmas challenge. Yup I finally got through the novel.
As usual, Murakami's novel is most enjoyable no matter how, just that how the stories ended left me with "that's it?"
I also finished Dance Dance Dance on first day of 2008. Now reading The Elephant Vanishes short stories.
