One of my objective for stationery department is to find more nice and unique calculators. I really want to have a good collection of them in our stores and believe me, it is not easy. One of the design brand called Amadana is my favorite, beautiful calculator with optional leather cover. Turned out both Amadana and Franc Franc are subsidiaries of Tokyo BALS in Japan, which means Franc Franc in Hong Kong also enjoy certain exclusivity for amadana's products. I hope one day I'll get this great calculator for our customers coz I believe good products will help good retailers to expand markets instead of creating competitions.

Last September I went to a show in Tokyo and found ADESSO's calculator very attractive with cool features: blue/red/green color lit screen based on data/operation/result, insert/delete functions during operations, clock function with 12/24 formats, 5 minutes auto off counter etc. Initially the maker refused to supply to us because they only supply to Japanese market.

However, by pure coincidence (and of course with my dedication :)) when I visited one of my current suppliers in the same trip, I found that they can get the calculator from ADESSO and supply to us! So this product will arrive to our stores in time for Xmas and I'm so happy about this.
