LAMY Safari Special Summer Edition 2007

Each year LAMY launches special edition pens. These two has just arrived our stationery department - Safari Black/White Special Summer Edition. LAMY label this pen as "LAMY white (or black) - New and anything but colourless". Both of them have shiny surface. As usual the Safari pen is super light, barrel and cap made of shiny white or black ABS plastic with chromium plated metal clip and steel nib. Available in Fine and Medium. Designed by Wolfgang Fabian. I love the small ink cartridge window which allows you to see whether the ink is near finish. The clip is big and strong enough to clip the pen on hard cover notebooks. Many Safari and AL-star fans also like the special shape on the grip, which makes your fingers rest comfortably on the barrel. IMHO, the black one shows your finger oil pretty apparently and it doesn't look good. White is a lot better.
